Change to Hours of Operation

Dear Clients,

Due to upcoming staffing constraints, as of July 1, 2022, our hours of operation at Anicare will be changing until further notice.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition, the phones will be not be answered temporarily during the lunch hour (12pm-1pm), so we will ask that you leave a message for us and we will reply when staff has returned. The messages will be monitored, so if you are calling with an emergency please leave your message for us to hear and respond to.

Please note that this will only take effect after July 1, 2022.

New Hours of Operation will be:

Monday to Friday:  9am to 5pm

Saturday:  9am to 12pm (no change)

 COVID-19 INFORMATION:

Please review the following information prior to your visit:

 * Face masks are no longer required but are still recommended to be worn by all clients inside the building. (March 2022)

* We ask that all clients clean their hands before entering the clinic - there is hand sanitizer available on the porch.

* When you arrive, please ring the doorbell and wait for a staff member to direct you.

* Please be prepared to wait outside or in your car as we are only allowing a limited number of people inside at one time.

* While waiting outside, please ensure proper physical distancing with other clients and pets - and please avoid petting other people's pets (even if they are really cute!)

* Once in the exam room, the veterinarian will maintain proper social distancing - you may be asked to wait in the exam room while your pet is taken to the treatment room for any necessary procedures.

* Each exam room is carefully disinfected between clients.

* If you are needing refills of medication, food, or other items, please call ahead for curb side pick up.  We can take payment over the phone if possible.  As some supplies are taking longer to get to us, we advise you to allow more time for your orders to come in.  Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills.

* By now we all know the drill, but just in case, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or have travelled outside of B.C. in the past two weeks, please do not enter the building - call us to discuss your needs.

* Our full COVID-19 Safety Plan can be found under FAQ section.
