New Clients are very welcome at Anicare. Please read this important information before calling to book an appointment.
Please take the time to review the information about each of our veterinarians so you can decide which one you are likely to work best with..
Please make sure our office hours suit your schedule, especially if coming from far away.
We allocate a certain amount of time through each day to allow us to see emergencies for our existing clients. This time usually gets used up very quickly. If you call us for the first time with a problem that needs immediate care, we are very unlikely to be able to see you the same day. We are unable to see new clients for the first visit on Saturdays.
If you require your pet to be spayed or neutered, we will require a full examination before booking such a procedure.
Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your first appointment so we can process your information.
We will usually ask for all relevant medical information to be faxed to us from previous veterinarians before your appointment. This allows the Doctors to be familiar with your pet's health in advance of the appointment.
